What fun! Mo and I are filming a movie. It involves repeatedly moving a herd of pins very slowly. We finished getting footage today (at least, I have my fingers crossed that we can use most of the shots) and sometime during the next week we'll be working on editing it into a movie. It's going to be shockingly short once everything is cut together. I'm guessing less than a full minute. Here's a sneak preview:

Oh, I'm loving this idea! The image is adorable. Will there be a soundtrack? Is this like a military advance? A discovery expedition? Can't wait to see what you do with it!
P.S. I made the Spring Rolls tonight following your recipe, but using shrimp (tell your dad to do it - yum!), basil, and carrots. Thanks so much for that great post.
I made a stop motion movie in elementary school which was very grueling + tedious, but a lot of fun. My friend's mom worked for Hanna Barbara + a bunch of kids got to participate + learn about how cartoons were produced (I say "were produced" because this was when they were made using cells).
I can't wait to see your movie. I'm hoping you will show it here?? (crossing my fingers).
Susan-I think it falls best under the category "defensive military action". I'm glad you tried the Spring Rolls, they've become one of my favorite foods. That sounds like a great combination you put together.
Shona-That must have been so cool! I'm definitely on board about the tedious bit. I'm hoping to get everything edited together this week, and add sound by the end of next week. The computer lab has limited hours these next two weeks, so I'm not sure how everything will work out, but as soon as it's done I'll be posting it here. Crossing my fingers!
Awesome! You'll show us the movie (or give us the link or whatever) when you're done right?
